General Manager
Florida, Treasure coast 00000 Treasure coast USAWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive strategic growth for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in management. This role requires the ability to manage diverse teams, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time during certain months of the year between two company locations in different states is required - certain weeks may require working more than five days.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
o Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
o Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning:
o Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term business strategies and goals.
o Identify market trends and opportunities for growth and expansion.
o Lead the planning and execution of initiatives to drive business objectives.
Financial Management:
o Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
o Ensure financial health by monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
o Oversee pricing strategies and revenue management to maximize profitability.
Team Development:
o Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
o Promote teamwork and collaboration across departments.
Customer Focus:
o Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the organization.
o Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
o Develop initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
o Identify and mitigate operational risks to protect the organization’s assets and reputation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in management roles.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.
