Commercial Subcontractors Wanted

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Commercial Subcontractors, specializing in stucco, framing, concrete repairs, demolition, caulking, waterproofing, etc). Jobs are generally in Pinellas, Hillsborough and surrounding counties.

We are not looking for electricians, plumbers or interior specialists, so please do not respond to this ad.

MUST:

Current General Liability Insurance

Current Workers Comp Insurance (No exemptions allowed)

Must have all the tools required for each individual trade

Absolutely must have English speaking foremen and most crew of your crews
