SCOPE:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance work of buildings, grounds, and equipment including electrical, carpentry, plumbing and painting tasks. HVAC certified a plus.

The candidate should be honest, hardworking, timely, and reliable. A valid driver’s license and a reliable truck are required. Ideal candidates must have a background and experience in all trades. Additionally, they should be available for on-call duty after hours on a rotating basis every three weeks. Prior to employment, a criminal background check will be conducted. Starting pay $24 HR.
