Replace an existing package unit with a 2018, 4 ton used / serviced package unit in excellent condition:

The replacement AC and storm pad are provided and already on site.

The job is a straightforward swap; no major modifications to the existing setup are anticipated. Should only take a couple hours.

Laborers onsite able to help, free of charge.

Requirements for contractors:

Must have a current HVAC contractor license and able to pull permits in Pasco County.

Must be able to provide proof of licensing.
