Automotive Paintless Dent Repair technician

Phillips Repair Service is a mobile automotive reconditioning company and was established in 2002. We provide on-site reconditioning services to over 200 car dealerships in West, Central and South Florida. Ongoing business operations in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties have created an immediate opening for a Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) technician.

The PDR technician responsibilities will include correction of dents, dings and creases in car metal body panels. The PDR technician must be able to assess damage to determine if PDR will correct the damage and return panel to "like new" condition.

The position requires:

> ability to use specialized PDR tools. Candidate must own PDR tool set.

> at least 2 years in the PDR business - references will be requested.

> a self starter who can stay organized and manage several tasks simultaneously

> a reliable and solid work ethic

> ability to take directions

> a valid Florida driver license, with no accidents in the last 5 years
