Used Car Sales Representative (BHPH Experience Required)

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Used Car Sales Representative with Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) experience to join our high-volume dealership. This position is for proven sales professionals who understand subprime customers, structured deals, and closing with confidence.

Responsibilities

Sell used vehicles in a BHPH dealership environment

Work internet, phone, and walk-in leads daily

Follow dealership sales process and compliance standards

Maintain follow-up in CRM to maximize closing ratio

Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit goals

Requirements (Must Have)

Previous BHPH used car sales experience (REQUIRED)

Proven ability to close deals

Comfortable working subprime customers

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work Saturdays
