Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for following up on leads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospects into satisfied customers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a knack for understanding client needs, and a passion for achieving results.

With existing territories ready for you, you’ll immediately start earning with a combination of hourly pay, commissions, and other incentives. Weekly Pay Range $630 to $1000 BASED ON PERFORMANCE.

Starting Compensation: Starting 18hr to 22hr.+ Made Up From (BASE+ COMMISSION + RESIDUAL COMMISSION + SPIFFS)

Hourly Wage (based on experience)

Commissions for each sale!

Residual Commissions on ALL repeat business

Spiffs and Bonuses

Paid Holidays

Retirement Plan After 1 Year ( Simple IRA )

Work Schedule:

COMFORTABLE Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

No nights or weekends EVER!

Prior sales experience is a strong benefit.
