Assistant Property Manager - part time

Looking for someone to help with managing two multi-family properties in Zephyrhills and Lakeland. Main duties consist of overseeing maintenance requests, leasing empty units, and communicating effectively with tenants and Property Manager.

Location close to Zephyrhills is a plus, as well as experience in property management, but will train suitable candidate.

Please note this is only a part-time position and does not have any benefits - offers base salary and rental bonuses
