Plumbing Dispatcher (Service Coordinator/Scheduler)

FULL TIME M-F 7 am4 pm

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone/email

Scheduling, follow up, and confirmation of calls

Experience taking work orders

Experience scheduling and dispatching service technicians

Experience procuring parts and materials

Service Technician schedule management

Experience issuing purchase orders

Experience tracking work orders and coordinating with service plumbers

Excellent customer service skills required

Must be able to multi-task

Accuracy is a must

Excellent and professional communication skills by phone, and in writing

Experienced pulling permits (or willing to learn)

Must be proficient using Windows based computer programs including Excel,

Outlook, Word

Experience (light) with QuickBooks or willing to learn

Must have valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
