Admin/Reception/Service assistant

We are currently seeking an Office member to join our team! We are a busy construction and Life Safety business located in Tampa Florida right next to the Tampa Bay Bucs stadium. We offer flexible hours, paid vacations and other benefits.

Responsibilities:

Billing, Accounting, Payroll

Assist with dispatch work and work order creation.

Assist with phone calls.

Assist with building permit tracking.

General office filing.

Misc office duties.

Update information in QuickBooks and Service software

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Service field is helpful.

Previous Office experience extremely helpful but not required.

Ability to multitask and tend to multiple phone lines

Deadline and detail-oriented

Ability to deal organize and problem solve.
