We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Facility Care Specialist to join our team at S.S.White Technologies. This position is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our facilities, with a focus on maintaining the exterior part of the building and general janitorial duties.

Responsibilities:

· Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks, including but not limited to production floor cleaning, heavy carpet cleaning, and deep cleaning of high-traffic areas and maintaining the exterior parts of the building.

· Move and arrange furniture for large group meetings, events, and office reconfigurations.

· Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas, ensuring they are well-stocked and presentable.

· Handle the cleaning and moving of pallets, utilizing appropriate equipment and following safety guidelines.

· Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or in a similar role is preferred.

· Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects, move furniture, and perform strenuous cleaning tasks.

· Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals, along with proper handling and storage practices.
