Job title: Maintenance Technician & Maintenance Supervisors

We are currently interviewing for an experienced Maintenance Technician for apartment industry, certified in HVAC. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start as soon as possible.

Daily Task Expectations:

· Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers

· Maintaining property grounds

· Plumbing

· Electrical

· Carpentry

· Drywall repair

· Painting

· Appliance repair

· Preventative building maintenance

Job Requirements:

· At least 1 year of onsite work experience in residential maintenance

· General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders

· HVAC Certification (for positions required)

· Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill

· Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
