Lawn Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial or residential lawn care and takes pride in delivering high-quality landscaping services. You will be responsible for maintaining lawns, plant beds, shrubs, and outdoor grounds for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

Maintain shrubs, trees, and flower beds

Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, edgers) safely and correctly

Assist with fertilizing and weed control applications

Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles

Follow daily route schedule and complete work orders

Ensure all work areas are left clean and hazard-free

Qualifications

Experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred

Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Reliable transportation, punctuality, and strong work ethic

Valid driver’s license preferred

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor

Skills

Knowledge of lawn care techniques

Basic irrigation troubleshooting (preferred)

Safe equipment handling

Good communication and teamwork

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Early morning start times
