Maintenance Person

Tamarac By the Gulf HOA is seeking to employ a full time maintenance person. The qualified candidate will be or will become certified for swimming pool maintenance. (Tamarac will pay for certification course.) He/She will maintain daily pool chemical/temperature logs, adjust chemicals as needed, clean pool, pool furniture, and pool area, and maintain water temperature using the chiller and heaters.

The candidate will also maintain the community’s sprinkler/reclaimed water system.

Maintain shuffleboard area.

Care for, upkeep and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds, meet with Regional Directors/Board of Directors as needed, and other tasks as assigned.

Act as corporate contact for any contractor hires by the Association.

Set up clubhouse for meetings and assist in set up for activities as needed.
