Lead Painter/Foreman

We are looking for someone with painting skills who doesn't mind doing other things for our mobile exterior repair business. This position comes fully loaded with an employee vehicle, full benefits, and a 401K. We take care of our people, and this is a salary position for a rising business in the Tampa market.

Preferred candidate:

Clean driving record (must-have)

Bi-lingual (nice-to-have)

5 years of exterior painting experience

Knows how to operate a spray rig efficiently

Comfortable working from heights

Can do small carpentry repairs

Ability to help with doing take-offs and proposal writing

Other trades experience or willingness to learn

Good with people (the ideal candidate would be someone looking to evolve into a leader in our organization)

We also need in-house skills in welding, fence repair, masonry, carpentry, roof repairs, waterproofing, and general construction.
