Construction Field Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. This role requires a strong background in construction and remodeling, with hands-on carpentry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the crew in daily tasks

Oversee subcontractors and ensure project quality (multiple jobs possibly)

Perform hands-on fieldwork, including finish work, demolition

Woodshop Tasks

Furniture Making and carpentry

Built-ins

Assist with necessary on-site duties as required

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of construction and remodeling

Carpentry skills and practical experience

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to work in a drug-free environment

Details:

Initial pay: $28-35 per hour for the first 90 days, with a review for potential adjustment after that period based on performance

Weekly overtime of 2-6 hours may be required during peak periods
