Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team in the Tampa Bay Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective pest control solutions to eliminate infestations and prevent future occurrences.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and potential harborage areas.

Develop and implement customized pest management plans based on inspection findings and client needs.

Utilize a variety of pest control techniques and treatments, including but not limited to chemical applications, traps, and exclusion methods, to eliminate pests.

Educate clients on pest prevention measures and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment.

Document all service activities accurately and timely, including inspection reports, treatment records, and client communication.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and product advancements in pest control.

Collaborate effectively with team members and provide support as needed to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect oneself, clients, and the environment from potential hazards associated with pest control activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in pest management is preferred.

State-issued pest control license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Previous experience in pest control or a related field is advantageous.

Strong knowledge of common pests, their behaviors, and effective control methods.

Must have excellent Customer Services skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
