HR / Delegation

Looking for a person whom I can delegate to on a daily basis and help me stay organized as the company has grown significantly faster then expected.

Job duties to include

Organizing NTP

Stock maintaining

General help with employees questions

And some other things I’m sure will be added as I sit and talk with the correct person. I want to be able to train this person to take the work off of me, I’m willing to train those who strive to better themselves.

This job will include HR work as well, no experience necessary as I’ll train the correct individual.
