Hiring: Cook & Prep/Dishwasher – Evening Shifts

Mythos Greek Bistro is hiring for evening shifts only (4 PM – 11 PM).

We are looking for two reliable, motivated kitchen team members to join our brand-new Greek restaurant in St. Pete.

1. EXPERIENCED COOK – $18 to $20/hr

Pay depends on experience. Must have Greek cuisine background.

Responsibilities:

Confidently operate grill and fryer stations

Prepare Greek dishes consistently and accurately

Follow all directions from the Head Chef

Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workstation

Assist with prep work as needed

Work efficiently during rush periods

Comply with all food safety standards

Keep the kitchen environment clean at all times

Requirements:

Experience with Greek cuisine

Experience with grill & fryer (mandatory)

Must maintain a clean kitchen area

Must follow instructions and kitchen procedures

Must be dependable, professional, and punctual

Shift: Dinner only — 4 PM to 11 PM Monday off

Pay: $18–$20/hr, depending on experience
