Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this key leadership role, you will oversee and manage all accounting operations, including the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, while driving accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:

Supervision: Lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure accurate and efficient operations.

Month-End Close: Manage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and precise completion of all accounting tasks.

Journal Entries & Accruals: Prepare and adjust journal entries and accruals to maintain accurate financial reporting.

Account Reconciliation: Oversee the reconciliation of all accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Fixed Assets Management: Track and manage fixed assets, including reporting and depreciation schedules.

Audit Support: Provide required documentation and support for internal and external audits.

Software Utilization: Leverage accounting systems to maintain records and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Billing Oversight: Ensure invoices are issued promptly and payments are tracked and received efficiently.

Accounting Operations: Oversee all accounting functions to maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
