You have technical ability, great written and verbal communication along with multi-tasking while delivering exceptional support to your clients, you have found the right team.As an Implementations Analyst within Identity Management Service Delivery, you will be responsible for supporting client requests for the Partner Key Management process, which involves the exchange of security credentials between internal and external clients to enable secure connectivity with Host-to-Host (H2H) and Application Programming Interface (API) services. These services are secure, electronic communications environments that offer a variety of connectivity and security options for any line of business in J.P. Morgan, leveraging industry-standard message formats, open network communications, and advanced security techniques to satisfy client requirements in accordance with J.P. Morgan IT Control and Security Policies.Job Responsibilities:

Validate and installation of keys and certificates submitted by clients for implementation or renewal

Submit accurate and comprehensive notation of requests while tracking through resolution

Research and respond to internal and external inquiries regarding the partner key management process

Partner with dedicated client service teams to ensure awareness and client engagement of impending expirations

Ability to escalate to management and process stakeholders to address issues with high sensitivity

Support the development and maintenance of team policies and procedures

Ensure client satisfaction and confidence in JPMorganChase products and services adhere to departmental standards

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with time-critical deliverables

Possess a control-oriented mindset to identify process control gaps and mitigate operational risk

Escalates issues and concerns in a timely manner with senior team and support resolution

Possess strong problem-solving skills to identify, understand and address operational and technical issues

Be self-motivated and self-managing, demonstrating sound judgment and effective decision making

Ability to perform a broad range of tasks and project assignments concurrently through effective prioritization of work

Possess strong spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into simpler terms
