Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Structural Inspector to perform site inspections and prepare field reports. Our projects primarily consist of performing building inspections in the pre-construction and during construction administration phase. The position requires working with a team of interns, CAD technicians and engineers to execute the clients vision in accordance with the building code requirements.

Performing field assessment, threshold and Construction Administration inspections

Preparing project manuals based on condition assessment

Assisting project manager in the development of plans and reports

Education and Experience:

Hold a CGC, EI, PE or AIA license

2+ years experience in vertical construction

Building evaluation and preparation of project manuals/specifications (preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task

Ability to manage projects from proposal phase through CA including the preparation of permit documents
