Hiring Assistant for Siding Production Manager – $19/hr (Full-Time)

We are the #1 James Hardie siding installer in the state, specializing in residential Hardie, vinyl siding, and soffits. Our business is booming, and we need an organized, reliable assistant to help keep our production running smoothly!

Position: Siding Production Assistant

Pay: $19/hr + 40+ hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager with scheduling crews, jobs, and services

Coordinate installation timelines and ensure projects stay on track

Communicate with teams, suppliers, and customers as needed

Maintain organized records and schedules for ongoing projects

Requirements:

Reliable & organized – must be able to keep projects moving

Strong communication skills – you’ll be working with multiple teams

Detail-oriented – scheduling accuracy is a must

Previous experience in scheduling, construction, or admin work is a plus!
