As a Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and policyholders, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your main responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing insurance payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Call Prospects to set an appointment for insurance review

Assist customers in filing claims, tracking claim statuses, and providing updates as needed.

Maintain accurate and complete customer records in the system.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Work Environment:

Full-time position Monday to Friday
