Custom Décor Installs, LLC, is hiring for the following areas. Dothan, Bainbridge, Moultrie, Albany, Cordele, and Valdosta. Ideal candidate will reside in the Thomasville region. Area of work each day varies. We also cover from Mobile, Alabama to Panama City, Florida. There is potential to come and work these areas on temporary purposes with paid hotels for overnights.

I'm looking for additional people to hire as an install technicians for window blinds. The ideal job candidate will be a person seeking long term employement with a goal to become part of a growing company as we expand.

40 hr weeks, paid every other Friday and payroll set schedule. Overtime occasional. Direct deposit. 90 days probationary period will be in affect from your start date. Health, Dental, Eye insurance available are available after 90 days. Pay increases and bonuses based on performance/knowledge of your job and products we install.

Ideal candidate will be someone that is a quick learner, self-taught, skilled at multitasking, a leader, works well on their own, has strong critical thinking skills, is customer service oriented, accountable and very well organized.

Starting pay is negotiable based on how well you meet these requirements. Work attire is shorts or jeans, sneakers, and a polo. Must be presentable in appearance. If you show up to work like you just rolled out of bed, you will not be considered for this position. Hours are 7am until 430pm most days Monday through Friday. I'm very flexible with time off. I just ask for 2 weeks notice.
