JOB DUTIES: Provide assistance to Marketing staff in defining the scope of the campaigns and projects. Review the work plan and project schedule created by management to successfully complete project activities. Review project objectives and measures to be able to ensure all campaigns and projects are completed successfully. Assist staff in capturing and compiling necessary records to document project activities. Monitor the progress of projects and deliver status updates to staff. Ability to travel, as needed, to attend campaign and project activities. Compile and assists staff with reporting e.g., financial, return on investment, executive summary, after action reports. Assist on projects to ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality Provide direct assistance to the staff on a variety of administrative and general assignments. Provide assistance in planning missions and operations. Provide assistance in implementing and measuring the performance of missions and events.
