Veterinary Practice Manager

As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you’ll help create an organized, supportive, and efficient hospital where both employees and clients feel valued.Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, feedback, performance reviews, and professional growth opportunities.Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and staffing decisions to meet the needs of the hospital.Oversee daily operations, payroll, inventory, purchasing, equipment, and vendor relationships.Build strong client relationships by addressing concerns, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience.Maintain compliance with hospital policies, OSHA requirements, and DEA and controlled-substance procedures.Partner with doctors and regional leadership to support hospital goals and improve workflows.Promote the hospital through local events, community outreach, and relationships within the veterinary profession.Help maintain accurate patient records and effective communication across the team.
