Production Technician/Assembler

Phantom Products Inc. Is a family owned, ISO9001:2005 manufacturer of military and law enforcement lights in Rockledge, Florida and we are looking to add some amazing people to our team!

The shop runs Monday-Friday 0800-1630 (8:00am to 4:30pm). We are a Small Business with 20 employees, and we design and build the most cutting-edge lights for Soldiers, Marines, Airmen and Sailors. Our family has been in business since 1943, and we have been in Brevard County since 2003.

In our 40,000 ft2 warehouse we have 2 injection molding machines, 2 CNC machines, 3 3D printers and a laser engraver—as well as an array of manual machines. We have a roomy air-conditioned electronic assembly room and a testing/shipping room in addition to our larger warehouse and assembly area.

Our Production Technicians are provided with their own toolbox of smaller items, ergonomically designed chairs, and the chance to learn and grow as they are with us. We work a full time, 40 hour week and offer lots of great benefits, including:

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclinedmeaning you work on cars or boats or crafts. He or she may have prior manufacturing or building experience. Must be capable of lifting medium sized boxes and sitting for extended lengths of time. Positive attitudes only please!

Partial List of Qualifications:

Operate assembly line hand tools.

Completing paperwork daily related to assembly line.

Assemble products or components of manufactured items.

Reject products outside of specifications per NCMR procedure.
