Requirements

21 Years of age

1 year of verifiable experience with 53ft trailers

Tractors must have current DOT inspection and pass company inspection.

No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months

No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years

No DUI/DWI or related charges in the past 5 years

Current Federal Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (form 2290)
