Maintenance Tech for Apartment Complex with On-Site Housing Available

We are looking for a qualified maintenance person with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills. Candidates should have EPA certification and experience maintaining HVAC systems. Previous experience in property management/multi-family industry is also desired.
