Experienced lead carpenter

We are looking for an experienced lead carpenter to do production wood framing. We are not looking for handymen or remodelers, ONLY a rough framing carpenter please. Bi-lingual a plus.

Must be able to read plans and complete wall layout, joist and truss layouts, and layout for bond beam straps

Must be able to properly locate engineering per truss drawings

Must be able to establish a good working relationship with sub crews and hourly team members

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Must be dependable, have a good attendance record, and strong work ethics

Must have a hard hat, tool belt, hand tools (hammer, tapeline, etc.), work boots, and safety goggles

Must be available full-time, be able to show up on time every day, and be ready to start immediately
