Junior Project Manager

Rooster Roofing, LLC is growing and in need of an assistant roofer/runner.

Junior Project Manager will do the following:

Manage the Crew:

Be on site at the start of each job to make sure all the necessary materials are delivered and the crew is there on time with the proper safety requirements.

Ensure the crew are scheduled for the upcoming jobs.

Keep the crew on schedule to complete the job in a timely manner.

Monitor the job to make sure it is being done correctly to pass inspections and meet code requirements.

Greet the homeowners/customer at the start of the job if needed.

Check the customers roof to wall connection for hurricane strapping if needed

Get on the roof to assess inspection points, take photos. Make sure everything is being done to code.

Schedule progress and final inspections (some are done virtually by submitting photos)

Pick up additional materials from the supplier when needed.

When the job is complete, ensure that the site is left clean.

Assist in roofing jobs:

Measure for repair jobs

Measure for metal roof jobs (cut list)

Tarp a roof

Roofing experience required. Must have your own truck.

We have jobs in: St. Pete, Tampa, Holmes Beach, Bradenton, Sarasota, Osprey, Venice, Port Charlotte.
