Residential Roofing Foreman

Growing roofing company is seeking an experienced jobsite foreman to manage residential roofing jobs.

MUST HAVE a min. of 5 Years roofing experience. No exceptions.

Although spanish speaking is not required it would be very helpful. Company truck and fuel card provided.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Meet and Greet the property owner and stay in communication with to ensure their comfort and our professionalism.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management or a related field.

Familiar with Computers or Tablets

A strong work ethic with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Looking to hire immediately and have someone start asap.
