Roofing sales, repairs, project management and d2d guys

First and foremost I am a LOCAL roofing contractor out of Sarasota seeing a repair tech. Top pay for top work. Salary + Bonus per job for repair people. Clean driver license or personal truck a must. I can put you in a truck or you have your own and will pay extra for own decent vehicle

My ideal candidate would be a repair tech who can also project manage reroof builds. So you would be doing repairs and project managing our reroofs. Must know the ins and outs of roofing

I am also seeking hardcore sales guys. Must know roofing. 10/50/50 for guys who bring in their own work and project manage their builds and collect. If you just want to come in and sign deals and drive that's fine too but it's only 10% of job cost. I do not supply leads unless it's a lead who happens to call the office that you generated around one of your builds, doorknocking, flyers, etc

I am a local roofing contractor who has been here in the area for years and plans to stay in the area for years. We are not a storm chasing paper roofing organization and I'm looking for a few good people who want to build long term relationships and make some money. If you are just down here for the winter that is fine too I'm happy to work something out with you so you can make some money and return home when season turns and you get mailbox money from me as the jobs build. I want people to come work for me every winter. Not in the business of burning people like so many other CONtractors
