Floor Cleaning Technician

Small but successful Floor Cleaning Company (owner operated) located in North Port, Florida in search of someone who aspires to learn the trade with the intent of becoming a partner/owner. Will start out as part-time eventually leading to full-time. Requires some weekends (1/2 day). Working hours are typically Monday thru Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Territory is Punta Gorda to Bradenton.

Must be energetic, honest and dependable. Mechanical capabilities are preferred as there are times when common sense and knowledge can be valuable in fixing equipment. Clean and professional appearance. Good driving record and great attendance record. Need to be healthy as work is strenuous. Applicants must be personable, respectful and cordial.
