HVAC Maintenance Tech - Condo Association

Currently seeking a skilled and professional HVAC Maintenance Technician for a work opportunity at condo association. Position is being offered through our staffing agency. Temp for now with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Maintenance Technician needs to perform general repairs/maintenance, work orders, troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, and any other task assigned to meet property standards.

Pay rate is $21-23/hour, paid once per week, taxes deducted.

Work schedule is typical Monday – Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

Requirements:

Must have experience in the condo industry, renovations or excellent handyman skills

Must be able to pass a Local and National Background Check

Must have reliable transportation
