Window and Door Installation Manager-Sarasota

This salaried position reports directly to the branch manager, includes a standard benefits package, 401k, company vehicle during work hours, fuel card, and all necessary tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of our Installation Manager is to deliver a superior customer experience from confirmation measure through completed installation.

Qualified applicants will have 2-3 years hands-on window/door installation experience,1-2 years managing installation crews, and a thorough understanding of the Florida window/door market, specific to building code requirements and installation methods.

Other requirements / responsibilities:

Measure windows and doors for order.

Service windows and doors as necessary.

Receive incoming orders.

Maintain a well-ordered warehouse.

Conduct monthly inventory.

Hire, onboard, and train installation crews.

Directly supervise installations on site.

Strong communication skills.

The install manager will also be responsible for hitting monthly revenue goals, maintaining compliance records for all installers, and accurate reporting.

All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check.
