We utilize machines to manufacture structural steel framing. As a Framing Assembler, you will be responsible for reading production drawings and assembling the wall panels, and roof trusses that build Single Family Homes.

Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing the finished products for shipment. The assembly work will consist of positioning the steel pieces that the machines produce and then fastening the pieces together with screws and an impact driver drill.

The shipment work will consist of stacking the wall panels, and roof trusses for shipment, so they can be unloaded efficiently at the construction site.

Framing Assemblers will work 4 10-hour shifts Monday – Thursday 5:00am to 3pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

Starting pay will be $25/hour with an increase to $27.00/hour after working 90 Days, in addition we will have a Bonus pay structure tied to production and assembly.

All tools will be provided.

Requirements Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Follow safety standards and instructions.

Operate an impact driver drill

Frequently lift up to 75 pounds

Stand, walk, squat, push, pull, bend, and reach during your shifts

Follow the dress code and personal protection equipment requirements: GenX Steel t-shirt, Steel Toe work boots, hearing protection, eye protection, and gloves

English fluency is NOT required. However, instructions will be given in English.

Benefits On site job training and skill development Weekly pay with overtime paid once 40 hours are exceeded.

10 paid vacation days after working 90 Days.

Holiday Pay (Outlined in Employee Handbook)

Water and ice will be provided daily.
