Job Description:

GG Roofing and Waterproofing is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Sarasota, FL. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in growing our business by identifying and securing new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. This role offers a base salary of $36,000 per year with commissions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of GG Roofing and Waterproofing’s services, including roofing installation, repair, and waterproofing solutions.

Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide detailed project proposals and quotes.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Maintain relationships with current clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project execution and customer follow-up.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, preferably in construction, roofing, or related industries.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Basic knowledge of roofing or waterproofing solutions is a plus, but training will be provided.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
