We’re currently seeking a professional and reliable administrative assistant with immediate availability for a full-time work opportunity at a condo association in Longboat Key, FL! This is a temp to hire opportunity offered through our agency that has the potential to become permanent for the right individual.

The administrative assistant provides support to the Onsite Community Association Manager through clerical, reception, and office tasks. Assist in managing property-related issues, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week, 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)

Requirements:

- Prior experience in Property Management within HOA or Multifamily Apartment industry.

- License Requirement: Notary (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer service skills, positive attitude, and team player.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

- Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and adapt to changing situations.
