Experienced Residential / Construction Cleaner

Position Summary

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner with experience in both residential and post-construction cleanup. You’ll be responsible for making homes and job sites safe, clean, and move-in ready. This role requires a strong work ethic, pride in craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small crew.

Core Responsibilities:

-Perform post-construction cleaning (remove dust, debris, adhesive residue, paint splatters, etc.).

-Perform routine and deep residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, windows, cabinetry).

-Dispose of construction waste properly and coordinate with site crew on large debris removal.

-Use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment (vacuums, buffers, mops, chemical cleaners).

-Perform quality checks and document completion with photographs or checklists.

-Communicate with Site Coordinator regarding supplies, site issues, or safety concerns.

-Follow all safety and PPE requirements (gloves, masks, eye protection when necessary).
