Maintenance Position

16 vacation condos on Siesta Key beach requires a maintenance person to work three days a week, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The hours are 9:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.

Duties include but not limited to minor plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, maintenance of property including the deck, deck furniture, parking lot, trimming and watering plants. Applicant must be able to work outdoors in the hot climate.
