GROUNDS KEEPER - ALL AROUND - EXPERIENCED COULD BE FULL TIME

Experienced all around grounds keeper position available for a privately owned family friendly event facility in Venice. Able to repair basic plumbing & electrical, help maintain out-buildings and fencing along with general maintenance of mowers, small lawn equipment, tractors and vehicles. Ability to operate larger equipment such as skidsteers, tractors and 20ton truck a plus!

This position does have the possibility to be full time No on-site living accommodations.

Pay based on experience and ability. References please. Must have a current driver's license.
