Concrete Polisher

Concrete Polishers meticulously smooth and finish surfaces of existing concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, pool decks, etc. using planetary grinders and a variety of other powered tools . Experience is great however we will train our employees.

Duties:

Perform concrete finishing and polishing tasks according to project specifications

Operate concrete polishing equipment and tools

Prepare surfaces for polishing by cleaning, grinding, and leveling

Apply sealants and coatings to protect polished surfaces

Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make necessary adjustments

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

18 years of age or older

Authorized to work in the United States

Must have a valid driver's license; reliable transportation

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as required

Ability to operate and maintain concrete polishing equipment

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift heavy equipment for extended periods of time

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce a high-quality finish

Understanding of safety procedures and ability to work in a safe manner

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town

Schedule:

Day shift

Evening shift

Night shift

Overtime

Weekends as needed
