HAND TOSSED PIZZA - VENICE

Fresh Dough, hand tossed, we use Bakers Pride at high temp with screens and then brick the pies before they come out of the oven, you must be able to stretch by slapping or fist stretch before the screen.

We use clean, simple, fresh ingredients, we do all our own preps.

If you know pizza, I want you!

I am looking for an experienced person who has done hand tossed pizza,

please only apply if you have done or know how to handle hand tossed dough.

Open 7 days a week so Ive got plenty of hours and will be year round.
