Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and follow-through. This role requires effective management of staff, ensuring high-quality food production, and delivering exceptional customer service. Average work schedule is 5 days a week, aprox. 50 hours. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision.

Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency.

Conduct interviews and hire to build a strong workforce.

Ensure that sports programs are displayed on the televisions.

Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, nightly reporting.

Monitor inventory levels and convey requirements to maintain stock.

Monitor overall maintenance and cleanliness of restaurant.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

2+ years proven experience as a restaurant manager.

Strong knowledge of health code regulations, food production, and kitchen operations.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively supervise the team.

Familiarity with Toast POS systems and cash handling procedures.

Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
