Lead Retail Attendant 6:30p-3am

Sarasota Memorial Hospital is searching for a Retail Attendant with supervisory experience for our 1700 Café that provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Job Description: Shift leader must be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately, preparation and cooking of food items to ensure the highest quality and service to customers. Duties will include meal preparation, supervisory tasks, inventory, administrative tasks, safety, and teamwork. Delegation duties to specific employees based on role and skills. Training new and current team members, handling customer issues, managing conflicts, adhering to company policies, health, safety, and employment standards. Balancing cash drawers, resolving any problems that occur during the night shift. 6:30 pm-3am, and able to work every other weekend. The job requires cooking and supervisory experience.
