Chefs Wanted - Longboat Key Fine Dining

Euphemia Haye Restaurant is a well-established and award-winning fine dining restaurant on Longboat Key.

We have several positions open:

Salad/Pantry - great introductory position. We will train you and look forward to seeing your skills grow.

Line - Grill and/or Sauté. If you have a bit more experience, we would love to see you working on our line. Ideally, you would be willing and able to cross train.

Day Prep - we are a make from scratch kitchen so you would be in charge of making our breads, soups, stocks, sauces, prepping and cutting meat and much more.

Pastry Chef - we have an award winning dessert room that we display all of our homemade desserts. This is where you get to let your creativity shine as well as making our "signature" and fan favorite desserts.

Full or part time positions available. Evenings/Weekends. Pay depends on experience but is very competitive!
