Nighttime Line Cook

Looking for a nighttime line cook.

5pm - 12:30am.

5 - 6 nights a week.

Come join our team at Brewster's Gastropub. Our restaurant features a small kitchen with a small staff. Turnover is rare. Opportunity for long period of employment. Family run establishment. Flexible scheduling.

Must have hands on restaurant experience with tasks such as:

-Ticket Management

-Grilling

-Deep Frying

-Prepping

-Dishwashing

Must be aware of the correct temperature levels of various items such as ground beef, chicken, chicken wings, seafood, pork, etc.

Must have experience with restaurant cleaning procedures and closing procedures.
