Position: Commercial Sales Estimator

Compensation: Weekly Base Pay + Commission Percentage

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Estimator to join our team. This office-based role involves working closely with our sales and project management teams to accurately estimate and sell commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong roofing estimating knowledge and be familiar with VU 360 software.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare estimates for commercial roofing projects.

Collaborate with the team to develop competitive bids.

Use VU 360 software for precise estimating and project planning.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present suitable roofing solutions.

Convert leads provided by the company into successful sales.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial roofing estimating.

Familiarity with VU 360 software is preferred.

Highly motivated and goal-oriented.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
